      Does the current Premiere Elements allow me to edit old Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 videos?  PMB m2ts videos?  Also can I retrieve old files from Adobe Photoshop Starter Edition 3.2  with the new Photoshop Elements?

          Please clarify what you mean by old Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 video....if that is a video file such as .mov, .mp4 and the file is not corrupt, should be fine, but I would need to know the codec used with those wrapper format.

          But, if you are talking about a old Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 project file, that is another matter. And, I do not see that working in any version of Premiere Elements.
