Flash Player Password Reset?

I tried to install Flash Player update on my Mac and forgot the password............ I can't find direction on resseting password and am probaly overlooking something simple, but I am stumped.

It's your OS X Administrator password. If you need to reset that, see: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4101
