You should be able to that using File>Scripts>Image Processor from within photoshop
or
Tools>Photoshop>Image Processor from within Adobe Bridge

If you have photoshop cs5 or newer, then you should be able to the Image Processor Pro v3.0 for that

I have PS CC 2014 operating on a Mac with OSX.
The files are PS in layers. I need to flatten them and them save as a PDF.
I hope they is a faster way for this too.

Perhaps this Layer Saver script will work:
(look at the left column under PSCS Scripts for Layer Saver)

No, each PS file has many layers. I flatten them, then save as a PDF. I have to do this for each "view" I'm doing. I may have up to 20 views. These are then Drop Boxed to the client.
