"Blocked plugin" means you are using an outdated Flash Player version.
You write that you "downloaded" the latest Flash Player, but did you also install it?

Yes, when i click on install, it tells me I've already installed the latest version on my computer

I suggest that you uninstall Flash Player using http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html
then reinstall with http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/support/install_flash_player_osx.dm g
There may have been some remains of an older version somewhere on your system.

I've tried to do that but it ask for me my passcode and It rejects all passwords that I've used...

I have tried that too, but when it ask for my password, it rejects every password that I've used....so I'm stuck
