Importing MS word 8 file into RH HTML10

Hi there,

I'm working with RH HTML10 and want to import some MS Word 2013 files into my project.

I really don't have the biggest succes doing it - I'm getting this:

Is it an upgrade of RH that's needed, or ?!?!?!?!

Please let me know if any of you have had the same issue, and what to do about it !!!

OOPS - I suddently see that the heading says "Word 8" It IS concerning Word 2013 !

I believe that while the error message says "Word 2000 or newer", it should really say "Word 2000 to 2010". RoboHelp 10 doesn't work with Word 2013 or higher. I had to install Word 2010 in order to export to Word. I'm guessing this is also the reason why you aren't able to import from 2013. I think the only "fix" is to install Word 2010. Maybe the experts here will prove me wrong.

You may want to take a look at: Re: Importing Word 2013 files into existing projects in RH10

While Word 2013 is not supported, there seems to be a workaround.
