1. Re: I can not remove TimeTracker !!!
CreativeWorx Nov 8, 2014 12:44 PM (in response to MarcinMac)Hi MarcinMac,
I'm sorry you're having difficulty removing the TimeTracker extension. Based on your other post, it seems that you purchased it via Adobe Exchange but then tried to manually uninstall via Extension Manager. If that's the case, then I believe that you need to Remove it via Adobe Exchange (Adobe Market). Here's a thread on Adobe Forums about it: Re: Deleting Add-ons
If you manually delete it, Adobe Exchange will re-install the extension. This is a feature from Adobe to ensure that you're always current with the extensions you've registered. This is not a short-coming of TimeTracker or any other extension. If you need any help, please reach out to us. Thanks.

3. Re: I can not remove TimeTracker !!!
tomwrenn Nov 10, 2014 12:35 PM (in response to MarcinMac)It seems like the Adobe Creative Cloud app is incorrectly installing CS6 extensions. Only the Exchange Panel extension should be able to do that. That's why they don't provide a "Remove" button for CS6 extensions on the add ons website like they do for CC extensions.
ToonVW in this post had the same problem as you with the CS6 extension. The Adobe employee who responded says that they're working on a solution but for the moment they just went in and manually disabled reinstalling in their database for the extensions that people were having problems with. They have screenshots of what information you need to send them in the post in order for them to find your account. They don't seem to have provided a private way to message them but it seems like they're watching the thread closely. We'll keep an eye on this issue and hope that Adobe fixes this very annoying bug in their add-on installation process soon.
