Web browser error 404 -Cp8

I'm getting this error message every time I try to preview the project on any web browswer (chrome or explorer).

Error 404: Not Found

File not found

Either preview it on a web browser or an html5 browser doesn't make any difference, I'm having the same error message. What could have gone wrong?

I am getting this too. I just finished a complete system wipe with new installs of everything on a new Hard drive. It also is my first Captivate boot, so there have been no changes to any system settings.

Thoughts?
