Trouble to buy Add ons for Lightroom over the Adobe page

I´d like to install Add ons for Lightroom. After I signed in with my Adobe ID and got to the chapter Add Ons I can pick a add on I´d like to buy. After that I am on the producer page to sell my own Products. But I´d like to buy one. Do someone know this problem and how to fix it? Thanks

After I klicked the mentioned above button "$10.00" I passed forward to the following page...
