I am very frustrated as after installing Photoshop Elements 12 as an upgrade to 11 the conversion fell over and it took many weeks before I could get support to resolve this
Once resolved I have spend some weeks cleaning my data structure as part of the preparation to moving from PC to Mac
I now need to back-up the catalog but every time I try the S/W just becomes unresponsive.
Right now I hate Adobe and if I did not have 150,000 images in the catalog I would probably junk it
Can you please help to restore my faith
