    No sound from MTS files photoshop 13

      I've just installed PhotoShop Elements 13, having previously used PSE 10.  In the new version when playing .MTS videos from from Sony camera, there is no sound.  I previously had this with PSE 10, but installed some codecs and it worked.  I've tried to do the same but with no joy.  The videos play OK, just with no sound.  Can someone direct me to a solution please?

          I am still struggling with this.  I don't understand why I can hear sound by playing the video through PSE10 but not 13.  I have installed K-Lite codec pack to no avail.  Has anyone else had any similar issues?  Is there a technical help desk at Adobe I can call?
