Autoformat fields in real-time?

Is it possible to make the fields (phone number, postal code, zip code, etc.) autoformat as you type it in?

Similar to Acrobat Forms feature: Special - allows special formatting - i.e. zip code, phone, social security number, or arbitrary mask.
