Customize confirmation message after a purchase

How do I customize the confirmation message that users get after making a purchase on the site?

Use the Layouts / online shop / order-receipt page.

If you are using quotes use the quote-receipt page.

These are the paths for the develop tool or SFTP (Dreamweaver) options.

Hope that makes sense. I added a screenshot to assist.
