Edge Animate and iPhone 4?

I added a play button to my animation (so that it'll work in iOS), but now once i hit the play button on my iPhone, the animation is blank...

any ideas?

Does this happen in the desktop browsers as well?

Can you share your composition for us to troubleshoot?

No, not in the desktop browsers. Desktops are all great.
I spoke to my client and she said the animation runs on her iPhone 5, but not the audio.

Can you share the composition (zip all the file and then upload), not the website url? Share on dropbox or elsewhere.
