    Speedgrade Update Won't Install, Speedgrade Won't Connect

      Trying to link from Premiere Pro SpeedGrade says that the Premiere Pro is a newer version and it can't link...in a red box.

       

      Creative Cloud says there is an update, but it fails on installation. The error in the log is:

      I uninstalled and reinstalled SpeedGrade via Create Cloud. Note that this requires restarting Creative Cloud since the "Retry" button after the failure covers the settings gear where uninstall is available.

       

      After the install it says "Installation succeeded, but a patch failed". In red. With a red warning triangle. Same error as above...actually the error above is from this failure.

       

      As a result I can't access SpeedGrade and can't get the failure corrected. How can this be fixed?
