Yes, in your case you would need to cancel the single app membership and sign up for the CC Photography plan.

There is no option to change from Single app plan to Photography plan, which is what I clearly said above. In other words Adobe CC only facilitates upgrading not downgrading. And Chat still closed. Really disappointed with Adobe. Crap service. While the whole world is progressing with Internet service, one of the worlds largest software suppliers is regressing.

When do I cancel and restart? My year commitment on Single App is up on 20th of this month I believe. If I cancel old and restart new today, will it wait until the final day of agreement to actually make the change? Am I going to get stuck somewhere in neitherland and not be able to access PS? What about time differences around the globe? I live in asia at the moment. Why is it so hard to have a simple change procedure like you have for upgrading to Complete CC?
You guys must know how frustrating this is. Seriously, why are you so remote from your customers? What is wrong with email? I can talk to companies like Amazon for example and have a reply to a simple email in hours, why not Adobe??? And going by what I see on the web, the issue with your chat facility has been ongoing for months. What is going on with your company???

I can cancel your current plan now and you will still have access until the end of your billing month. Around that time you can sign up for the new plan to have continued access to Photoshop - you will need to sign out from the desktop app and sign in again to activate the new membership.
Please let me know if you want me to go ahead with the cancellation.

The subscription has been cancelled so will expire on 26th November. I would suggest you sign up for the new plan around the 24th/25th.
