Flash Player does not work

Adobe Flash Player doesn't work on my browser. Even though I try to uninstall and reinstall, it didn't work like it did not exist. Could somebody help me how to fix this problem?

I'm using Windows 7 btw.

What browser?  Did you check if it's enabled?

I used Opera Browser. I checked the Plug-In section and the Flash plug-in was not there

Are you using Opera or Opera Next/Opera Developer?  They require different plug-ins.

Opera requires the NPAPI Plug-In - the same one as Firefox.

Opera Developer requires the PPAPI Plug-In, which is available as a beta on http://www.adobe.com/go/flashplayerbeta
