Adobe Flashplayer Installation stops at 30%

Hey,

I am trying to install adobe flash player on my new imac and it keeps stopping at 30% download.

what i did so far:

1. Download the Adobe flash player Installer DMG

2. Closed all browsers.

3. open the DMG

4. run Install Adobe Flash Player

5. Entered Password

6. Selected Allow Adobe to update my flashplayer

7. pressed install

It keeps saying that the connection was lost and it is trying to establish a new one...

Use the offline installer http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player_osx.dmg
