downloading photoshop cc to use kubota actions and it downloaded, but won't update?

It says that I can't do it and ask for help from adobe.   I am hoping to find it quick

Please refer to the threads below where the issue has been addressed:

1. Creative cloud: no update to photoshop 14.1 with Generator

2. I can't update my Photoshop CC to 14.1.1/14.1.2.
