Intallation of Adobe Digital Editions, Can't go past complete in the setup to close the setup and open any file

I  have an Adobe ID downloaded the setup file for ADE and even changed the unblock option in properties and the firewall and my security files, still can't click close option after the setup is complete as this is deleting a file and there is an error code that ADE is experiencing some problem, unable to open any file with this application.

Can you please try re-downloading and installing again?
