dougofakkad Nov 17, 2014 3:30 AM (in response to arjun2)...and some sort of idea about the style you want to achieve. most architects I know (a fair few) do this sort of thing in Photoshop. that's not to suggest you don't do it in illustrator, it depends what you want from it.

arjun2 Nov 17, 2014 5:22 PM (in response to Monika Gause)I know. I just want to do filling in illustrator. The rest of the blurry edge stuff, I'll do in photoshop. I have a strong gut feeling that in Illustrator, fills would be done faster and more precise than Photoshop. Moreover the performance would also be boosted up. And I won't have to do double rendering for larger areas that is, if I wanna show zoomed up area, then I would just scale up my graphic work rather than rendering it again as I used to do in photshop. I need to save gigaton lot of time because my submission is due on november 29.
