I cannot get flash player to download on my iMac

every time i need to update flash player on my iMac I have trouble. It downloads only to 50% then has diskImage_mountfailure error message. I have tried everything uninstall, trouble shooting, forums adobe & still have no success

any suggestions?

What version of MacOS are you on?  Also, what is the exact text of the error message?

Hi Jerome thanks for your reply I had to take computer to get it updated in the end….they installed yosmite & flash player so we will see if this works next time i have to update flash thanks Corrie
