Hi,   After installing Adobe Flash Player I keep getting unwanted ads and invites to update Flash Player which I find very difficult to get rid of. One of the wed sites is update-please.net. I think they might be from Cyprus. I would be grateful for any help to eradicate this from my computer. Thanks.

That sounds like your system is infected with malware; nothing to do with Flash Player.
