Is yours a Free or Paid account? I checked the account associated with the Adobe ID that you used here in the forum, and that SendNow account was a Free one. If you're using a different Adobe ID that has a Paid SendNow account, please send me a Private Message (through this forum). Just hover the mouse over my name, and within a few seconds, you'll see a dialog like this:

Just click on the Message link and send me the Adobe ID that you are using.
