Christophe Huget Sep 22, 2014 2:09 AM (in response to theferndog1)Hello, I know this post has been posted a long time ago, I have the same issue (book panel doesn't reflet the page numbering correctly), and more, I have some wrong page numbers (doc1 : 1 page, doc 2: 2 pages and doc 3 begins at page 3 in place of 4).
I've checked the book panel, all docs are set up to "Book Page Numbering Options" > Continue from previous document and in "Document Numbering Options" > Automatic Page Numbering.

Christophe Huget Sep 22, 2014 2:43 AM (in response to Christophe Huget)Ok, for future readers of this topic, I figure it out (for me at least) : In Preferences > General > change "Page numbering" to "Section numbering" in place of "Absolute". It solved the issue.
