On two systems, as of yesterday afternoon, Acrobat XI stopped working. It will briefly launch (as seen in Task Manager) and then go away.
We have uninstalled, cleaned and re-installed. No luck.
Is there any way to talk to a person about this?

Are you still facing this issue.
What is the name and version of OS? Have you tried to uninstall Acrobat using Acrobat cleaner tool: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
Do you have admin rights on the machine? Also are those machines connected to the internet.
