Remember, you are not addressing Adobe here in the user forums. You are requesting help from volunteers users just like you who give their time free of charge. No one has any obligation to answer your questions.

4. Re: Answering a question?
station_two Nov 21, 2014 11:11 AM (in response to teddsperling)CS5 is not supported by Adobe any longer in any way, shape of form, ever since CS6 was released.

I understand, but considering that Adobe directed me here for support, I think it reasonable for me to expect an answer from Adobe.
By your statement, then I assume there is NO Adobe support here. Sorry, I am sure you can understand my assumption otherwise.
Incidentally, I contacted Adobe's Creative Cloud Support and someone did help and fixed my problem. So, they are either still supporting CS5 -- or -- I was very lucky (most likely).
Thanks for a reply,

station_two Nov 22, 2014 12:55 AM (in response to teddsperling)In no way was I picking on you, I just tried to explain why you had no replies to your post.
Yes, you were fortunate to get a customer service agent that had a brain of his own and enough humanity left on him to help you out.
Adobe's abysmally poor support is legendary.
