What does this mean: "Now all of a sudden I can see the images on the screen"? Are you looking in Lightroom or your operating system or the camera screen? Where?

What is the EXACT version of Lightroom?

I am looking at the screen on the operating system on the computer the screen shows the images that I am trying to import well then I press the import button on right hand side and it says that the computer cannot read the images so no import.

The message is Some import operations were not performed
The following were not imported because they could not be read (9)
DSCF 3503
DSCF 3504 etc

Fix that, and you'll be good to go.
