Flash Player not working in Internet Explorer

Flash player quit working in internet explorer 10 a few weeks ago.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with no luck.  I also use Chrome, which works just fine.  I am running Windows 7 64 bit and have Version 15.0.0.223 of Shockwave Flash Object installed.  I tried downloading the current version of Flash about 20 minutes ago and still can't get anything to work on IE.

Unable to watch any videos in Internet Explorer not working.  Anything that requires the flash player plugin using Internet explorer it will not load or play any videos or any sound.  Everything has to be loaded and watched from the chrome browser.
