What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
What version of Microsoft Word are you using?
I have found the task doable in at least version 12 and 10 on Windows 7 64 bit, using Microsoft Word 2010, if you
look at the task as a copy/paste between Microsoft Word document and a title in the open Premiere Elements Titler.
Are you OK with creating titles in the Titler of the Premiere Elements project?

We will be watching for your follow up with further details.

huck999 Nov 28, 2014 1:18 PM (in response to A.T. Romano)Thank you for the reply. I apologize for not responding sooner. I was waiting for an email indicating there had been a reply to my question but I guess the Adobe site doesn’t do that.
I am using Premiere Elements 12 and Microsoft Office/Word 2010 with Windows 8.1 64 bit.
I tried this using the Titler. I started a title, then switched to Word, copied a paragraph, switched back to Premiere and did a paste but no text showed up.
However, I found a solution, oddly enough given to me in response to the same question for Corel VideoStudio: use Ctrl-V to paste when editing the title. I was right clicking and using “paste” in the context menu, which didn’t work. (Same way I pasted this reply here.)
Thanks for getting back to me.

The copy paste works through the opened Titler as you discovered. We are glad that you found the specific copy paste commands/shortcuts
that worked for you to accomplish your task. Great job.
Best wishes.
