3. Re: have paid for adobe cloud but now it is say start your trial
Rajshree Nov 22, 2014 10:03 PM (in response to jrteerayut)1. Check from Bank if the payment has been successful
2. Check the Adobe ID with which it has been purchased.
3. If you have installed the trial, then it has to signed out & sign back in to activate the CC.
These are the basic steps.

5. Re: have paid for adobe cloud but now it is say start your trial
Rajshree Dec 2, 2014 10:26 AM (in response to jrteerayut)There are no billing issue, I have got it confirmed.
Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly revert to trial mode | CS6, CCM
If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:
http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2013/01/photoshop-13-0-413-1-2-updat es-now-available.html
If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
- Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
- If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
- Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
- Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CS6).
- If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.

7. Re: have paid for adobe cloud but now it is say start your trial
Tahoemol Dec 6, 2014 11:29 AM (in response to Rajshree)In answer to your support answers regarding having to sign in to Adobe because it thinks I have a trial subscription (I don't), I have done all that you suggested, including uninstalling the Creative Cloud App and then re-installing the newest version as of this date. I also updated the Adobe Application Manager. Nothing Works!!!! I have been in contact with Adobe "India" more times and more hours than can be counted for this continuous problem. Adobe "India" has 'taken over' my computer countless times and then assured me the problem is fixed only to have it immediately return on both of the computers I use for these programs. I also followed the steps on deleting certain files described on the Adobe support forum. I can't believe the "big guns" in the Adobe hierarchy are not aware of this or even bothering to read these forums. If you can develop a beautiful application such as Lightroom or Photoshop surely you guys can put your attention and talent to fixing this MAJOR problem that will not allow subscribers to ever work offline!!!! SHAME ON ADOBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

8. Re: have paid for adobe cloud but now it is say start your trial
HollywoodHare Dec 6, 2014 11:38 AM (in response to jrteerayut)I have had the same problem in the past. Adobe needs to fix this problem. It's like an annoying loop one cannot get out of. Once we purchase products we should not be lead through the store again - it should take us to our account site where our downloads are listed. We should also be given preferential help as Adobe Cloud members.
