bitrate required to transcode it falls below encores 2 mbps limit

I'll try and be detailed as I can….

I've used Encore cs6 for many clients of mine for their wedding DVD's. This week, I had an issue during the build process where it hangs/freezes during transcoding (even after leaving it for 8+ hours). I started fresh, made a new project, I import the premiere sequence like I always do, I tried transcoding first this time, never changed any settings, never do. It transcoded fine - it finished. I added my menus, and finished the whole menu system which includes a highlight video (that I imported as well from PP sequence). When building, it said " bitrate required to transcode it falls below encores 2 mbps limit".

So, I deleted that video, took it out of the project. I tried building and it gave me the same error, and/or said my disc capacity is too small. It's a 4.7GB disc that I always use on my projects. I decide to check other projects and everything seems normal. Same settings…however…..in THIS project I found an issue…..

My main timeline that I had trouble transcoding before - the duration is 3:09:42....in my premiere pro project it is not that long, it's only 1 hour and 34min long. Why when I import THIS project, the duration is way longer than it should be? I checked my PP project and the grey bar (you know when you're dragging that grey marker from the begining of your project to the end? ) it's from 00:00 - 01:34:09. So everything LOOKS perfect!

I'm thinking maybe this would be an issue failing to build the dvd?

      Any insight would be great

      Thank you,

      Mike.
