    CC on Windows 8.1

    Pakulia1

I wonder if it's something about my computer or OS. But when I first installed CC there wasn't really a problem, except the fact it stopped working after a while. Well then, just uninstall, reinstall, I thought. I did so, it happened again. So it happened many times, and I'm getting pretty sick of it. I need these programs for school, but if I constantly have to keep reinstalling everything to only have it work for about a day it doesn't get me anywhere. I have searched the forums, came across answers which said to rename the OOBE folder to OOBE.old or something at C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe, but it just isn't there. The place where I found the Common Files is in Program Files, not Program Files(x86). But that's also the weird thing, on previous installs of CC I did find it in the x86. I have also tried the cleaner many times, it did nothing. I also tried to remove everything, from CC to the files of the programs that were still on my laptop. CC got 'uninstalled, but with problems', and the rest of them didn't want to get deleted. I tried it again just now, and it just said that it had already been removed and if I wanted to delete it from the list. I went to the folder where they were, and they were still there. So I moved them to the trash bin and deleted them that way. during my search for all thosse programs I found OOBE, but in Programs(x86)\CommonFiles\Adobe. Oh, and let's not forget that when CC is installed again it completely messes up my taskbar, i.e. it just dissapears. The Start menu doesn't work anymore either, and I can't return to my desktop. And the only thing that helps against it is restarting the computer. The computer works just fine, I can use alt + tab to move between different programs I have opened. Well then, I'm off to restart my laptop. Is there anyone who can help me?
