Rob Hecker2 Nov 23, 2014 6:46 AM (in response to jeong yun)On the day you paid for Dreamweaver, you should have received a creative cloud account, through which you could install the creative cloud software on your computer and also any applications you had purchased, such as Dreamweaver.

If your system meets the minimum requirements,
System requirements | Creative Cloud
System requirements | Dreamweaver
Log-in to your Creative Cloud account with your Adobe ID (e-mail) and password.
Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud for desktop
Download & install the Creative Cloud Desktop application. From there, you can download & install Dreamweaver and other Creative Cloud software titles.
