And the last time I had to ring Adobe, it took more than an hour's wait to talk to someone. I don't consider that a good enough service when I pay a monthly subscription.

"Creative Cloud Free membership"
The fact that I pay in excess of £300 a year for this "free" plan doesn't seem to make a difference.
So, none of the contact options work for me

Now that I have logged into the other account, I can contact customer service.Thanks all for your help and assistance. This was very frustrating.
