Bill@VT Nov 23, 2014 1:47 PM (in response to raustring)It would help to know which version of Acrobat and what OS. Be sure you are logged in as the administrator and have anti-virus disabled. For AA X and XI, you can download the updates from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=1&platform=Windows (similar for MAC) and install them manually.
