Andrew Yoole Nov 23, 2014 3:16 PM (in response to juancho1234567890)You need to provide much more information. What are the specs of your computer? Have you fully updated Yosemite to the current version? Are you using the Adobe CC Application Manager to install the software?

juancho1234567890 Nov 23, 2014 7:22 PM (in response to juancho1234567890)The update that I have is OSX Yosemit 10.10.1, i already try to install the updates that the adobe page supply but the answer that I have when i try to open the program is that this " version of after effects does not work on yosemit os x", and teh version of after effects that i try to install is the After effects 12.0
