rohit776 Nov 23, 2014 10:07 PM (in response to sokotz)Hi Sofi,
Regarding your error 503,105002 while publishing to Business catalyst, Can you please refer to this forum post :- Unknown Adobe Business Catalyst error has occurred. Status: 503, 105002
Now, when you are publishing to your host via FTP, Can you tell me in which folder are you publishing your site? Also, does any error message or any other pop-up comes up in muse before you start uploading via FTP ?
Regards,
Rohit Nair

sokotz Nov 24, 2014 12:55 AM (in response to rohit776)Hi Rohit,
Thank's for responding.
Regarding the FTP - is it possible for you to explain a bit more reffering
to the "in which folder I am publishing my site". And no, unfortuantly no
message or pop-up comes up before starting the FTP.
I have before published a site via FTP from Muse and to the same host
company, so I wonder.
Kindly Sofi

rohit776 Nov 24, 2014 1:55 AM (in response to sokotz)Hi Sofi,
Whenever you publish your website to any server, it is uploaded into a root directory, this root directory is generally a folder in your server.
Generally, all the hosting service providers use the " public_html " as the root directory(folder) where your site is published. But sometimes it can also be some other folder.
Now, while uploading via FTP from Muse, in the second dialog box where you enter the site domain, it also asks you to enter a folder to publish, Can you tell me which is the folder you are publishing to ?

sokotz Nov 25, 2014 11:54 AM (in response to rohit776)Hi Rohit,
thanks for your answer.
It is mapping in root - I can not find other maps.
Sending you some printscreens, and there is no option dialog box
i publish it in /rosengrens5kvadrat.se/public_html
Hope this answers your question?

sokotz Nov 26, 2014 4:08 AM (in response to rohit776)Hi,
Yes I can try publish it at just public_html
and not /rosengrens5kvadrat.se/public_html
I have published other sites before via FTP and at the same host.
Kindly
Sofi
