1. Re: i bought my creative suite 3 years ago and now i get adobe application manager message trial
arij2010 Nov 5, 2014 12:10 AM (in response to maya taviv)Hi,
you must enter your serial again:
delete cache.db in :
- On Windows cache.db file is located in Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache
- On Mac OS X, the cache.db file is located in Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD/cache
Launch your product and enter your serial again .

9. Re: i bought my creative suite 3 years ago and now i get adobe application manager message trial
arij2010 Nov 5, 2014 2:09 AM (in response to maya taviv)Cache.db contains your serial.deleting this file will just force the application to ask again for the serial.
When you launch the application ,normally it must give you the possibility to license the software .

arij2010 Nov 5, 2014 2:26 AM (in response to maya taviv)strange, this file is mandatory and contains the license .I advise you to uninstall and reinstall one application, for example Photoshop to recreate this PCD folder, otherwise it won't work .

Autumn_Opaline Nov 24, 2014 7:55 AM (in response to arij2010)Hello,
I have posted an issue that might be similar to the one here.....
Mine is here: Re: What is this 'free trial' I'm having?
I have a Windows 8 and my product is Adobe Creative Suite 6 Production Premium.
So if I go with your suggestion, I can get rid of the 'free trial' dialog box that's been popping up? Because I already bought and verified my product.
Thank you.
