1. Re: Why Photoshop still have objects out of our screen?
Chris Cox Nov 16, 2014 12:55 PM (in response to AdobeIdUser2)Crop changes the size of the document, it doesn't remove the layers that you created, even if the layers end up blank or appearing to be blank (because the contents are off the canvas after your crop).

2. Re: Why Photoshop still have objects out of our screen?
AdobeIdUser2 Nov 4, 2014 8:41 AM (in response to Chris Cox)No, my layers doesn't exist anymore.
So look at my layers on scrren above and tell me where are they? There is only a "word" and we can't find that object -
3. Re: Why Photoshop still have objects out of our screen?
rkelly0137 Nov 4, 2014 8:59 AM (in response to AdobeIdUser2)If you don't have the option checked "Delete Cropped Pixels" then the information is still there. If you uncrop it you will see it again.
Even if you did delete the information, Photoshop isn't designed to go in and delete blank layers. There's no need. If you flatten the image and export it as a JPG or other format then it will discard all the other information. But you layered master file, in PSD or TIFF, is supposed to keep this information. Layers is what makes Photoshop so powerful. it's up to you to manage your layers.

5. Re: Why Photoshop still have objects out of our screen?
rkelly0137 Nov 4, 2014 12:31 PM (in response to AdobeIdUser2)My second paragraph addresses why. You are in your master document, it has all your layers with all your information in it. Just because you crop something doesn't mean you want that information to disappear; many people may still want that information. If you want to get rid of that information then simply delete the layers you're not using. Or just export/save to a format without layers, such as a JPG - but this way you still have your master document if you want to go back and crop out a different piece of information.
If I assume correctly you want to take a bunch of crops of different parts of this document? If that's the case I wouldn't use the crop tool, I would use the rectangular marquee. Select the area you want, then copy merged (Ctrl+alt+C), then open a new document (the size will be to the size of your copy) and paste the single layer into the document. You can then save that as your cutout. If you plan on doing this a lot I would simply make an action that copy merged, open new, paste, and save for web.

Please, tell me who and why? For example, what for that information would be useful for you? Because I don't get it.

We don't talk about this. About exporting files, we talk about working in project

Thanks for advice but I don't want to do that.
I only want to all of it be like in this video:

Well, it doesn't work that way. If that's how you want to do it, then use that program.
To answer your earlier question, many people who do layouts or graphic design will do different compositions. Frequently in composites I will also do different crops. I don't want all my data to disappear just because I'm trying out a crop that excludes certain parts. I know how to get the information I want, and I organize my layers so I can simply delete them if I choose to. But I don't want the crop tool deleting it for me. I'm sure many others feel the same way. Sorry you don't. You can look into some scripts that can do that for you, but they can be finicky. You're probably better off using whatever layout program that was.

All your data is USELESS. Who want to still have an USELESS data instead of disappear them?
We must don't understanding each other because that what you are writing sounds stupid.
By requesting my topic you didn't answer my question or watch my video once again and look at the end when I was talking about having a useless, unnecesary BLANK objects in my project.
1. Make a project with 100 objects
2. Crop projects to only 2 objects
3. Every 98 objects which left, now are blank and that's why there are useless
4.Now you can't bring back any of 98 objects and every of them is MISSING, BLANK and can't o anything with them
5. Tell everyone that this is a good feature
Where is a logic in that way you thinking?

9. Re: Why Photoshop still have objects out of our screen?
rkelly0137 Nov 6, 2014 9:14 AM (in response to AdobeIdUser2)Your assumption of 4 is incorrect. So long as you don't have "delete cropped pixels" checked, then nothing is deleted. Those 98 layers still have information.
As I mentioned above, and you so quickly dismissed, I wouldn't use the crop tool at all for this purpose. But I wouldn't make a project with 100 objects and only use 2 of them either.

Absolutelly not. No. Watch my video again, see that I don't have "delete cropped pixels" checked and see that everything is blank and have no information. Here it is: Desktop 2014-11-04 20-49-53 - Dailymotion Wideo
"But I wouldn't make a project with 100 objects and only use 2 of them either."
- sometimes you have to do that. And then you want to have only a specific side of screen visible. So you crop that area.

11. Re: Why Photoshop still have objects out of our screen?
Chris Cox Nov 16, 2014 12:58 PM (in response to AdobeIdUser2)RKelly is correct -- without the "delete cropped pixels" option: your data is still there, off the side of your visible canvas.
Use Image->Reveal All to see all the other data that you cropped off.
Without the "delete cropped pixels" option, you are changing the area that the canvas can see, but not changing the content of the layers.
And even with that option on, you may delete the contents of the layers, but Photoshop will not delete the layers themselves (since only you know how you have the layers organized and their purpose).

12. Re: Why Photoshop still have objects out of our screen?
AdobeIdUser2 Nov 22, 2014 4:25 PM (in response to Chris Cox)No. No or I don't understand. Can you PROVE it?
Because I have proove it in my video. You not.
I even show you my video and proove that you were not right. What else you have to see to believe?I try this option "reveal all" with checked and without and this is working that I can't get it.

No, you don't prove it. Go back and watch your own video. You crop without "delete crop pixels" checked, but then you simply undo it. The next time you use the crop you have the box checked.
Try it again. Crop tool, uncheck "Delete Cropped Pixels", and crop your image. Now crop again, click outside the crop area, and watch everything magically reappear.

14. Re: Why Photoshop still have objects out of our screen?
AdobeIdUser2 Nov 26, 2014 9:15 AM (in response to rkelly0137)1:18 minute in my video - I did this. Here: Desktop 2014-11-04 20-49-53 - Dailymotion Wideo "Delete cropped pixels" function is enabled. And look to the right (layers). Everything is still here, I can see layers which are not deleted (even when I have checked 'delete cropped pixels' option). Right?
