Some of the new computers may not be compatible with AA 9 Std. You did not indicate if there was a problem or anything else. You can try Chat (from the support page), but you will likely be asked where to charge the time. Support is only free for the first 30 days or something like that. Been so long since I ever tried support and ended up here, I don't remember.
If you provide some info, maybe we can help. Be we need to know what OS and what problems you seem to be running into. If you need a copy of AA 9 Std (that you should have backed up), you may be able to get one at Adobe Acrobat X (10) Pro, Reader, and Suite Direct Download Links | ProDesignTools and your S/N based on http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html#adobeproductdownload.

phone call and a CC# They have done this 3 times for me, I just need a
number for Adobe I can call and talk to a live person. Thank you

khayward3 Dec 4, 2014 8:53 PM (in response to Bill@VT)I have tried several times to download Acrobat 9 standard, and my serial number is denied, even though I have verified it and it shows up as one of my programs from Adobe. Two of the problems I have had, is one the link takes be to Acrobat pro 9 or pro 10 (i have 9 standard) the other link you have sent me takes me to acrobat standard XI. PLEASE I need to download Acrobat 9 Standard that is what I bought and paid for. Please help.
