Hello,
I work for a school and we distribute the latest flash packages as they are released. Recently, 15.0.0.239 was released and I have downloaded the package from your distribution website. (the .pkg).
I have tried to install this update through our management system, and locally, but still, the app version under System Preferences -> Flash -> still reads 15.0.0.223. Even after restart.
The only way I can get it to reflect 15.0.0.239 is for me to hit the UPDATE button within System Preferences -> Flash and installing the update through there.
It would be really nice if the .pkg would reflect the new version right away! This is how it used to behave in the past. In our system we rely on flash update versions to determine which computers get updated. Please help!
OS' tested: 10.9, 10.10.
