Hello All,

I am trying to update flash on my mac (OS 10.9.5 with Safari V 7.1). The window where I would normally enter my username/password has no text and is unresponsive (see screenshot). I cannot enter my information. I tried running the uninstaller as well, and ran into the same issue. Any ideas? I'm a linux person, and relatively new to mac. I'm not sure if this an issue with Adobe or with mac.

I haven't seen this before.  My primarily machine is the same config.  This prompt is thrown by the operating system, which makes it really odd.

If you haven't tried it, reboot your machine and run the installer again.

If that doesn't work, try resetting the PRAM on your mac:

OS X Mavericks: Reset your computer’s PRAM

Let me know how it goes.
