R Neil Haugen Nov 26, 2014 5:31 PM (in response to Alexfitz22)More information on your computer would help ... as listed in the FAQ on the Overview page for this forum. You're asking about a complex thing, and not giving any information that applies to helping your situation.
OS/CPU/RAM/GPU/vRAM ... specific to the dot info ...
Disc layout of your computer, including connections such as internal, eSATA, Thunderbolt, USB or whatever.
SPECIFIC version of PrPro ... the build number on the bottom left of the "About" box off the Help menu.
Where your programs, cache, preview files, and footage are put within your disc system.
You sequence settings, footage type/codecs, any 3rd party apps or plugins that have been involved, and any effects applied to the footage.
Past that, I would note that the Hardware forum (found on the right side of the Overview page) has a lot of information on computer hardware & usage to help run the Adobe programs, including the Tweaker's Page which is a MASSIVE resource of articles and explanations of how the programs work ... and what computer resources they need.

3. Re: Premiere Pro LAGGY! Please help!
Alexfitz22 Nov 26, 2014 6:55 PM (in response to R Neil Haugen)I'm reinstalling it to see if that works. And there is my PC:AMD FX-8350, Asus GeForce GTX 970, Corsair Air 540 - System Build - PCPartPicker And Premiere is installed on my boot drive, Samsung 840 EVO SSD. The footage is .MP4 at 30Mbps at 59.94FPS. I will come back when it's done installing. It shouldn't take long as my internet is 60Mbps down.
