2. Re: I created and distributed my form. How do I see and print the returned form?
Josh_Corey May 20, 2014 10:12 AM (in response to Dori@STC)Hi;
It depends on your account level. This overview will give you some guidance what is available.
In a Free account you can view the Responses on the "View Responses" tab and can export the responses to an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file.
In a Paid level account you can download the response as a PDF form as well as set up Email Notifications so you receive an email of each response that can include the submitted data (with exception of attachments).
This comparison of the plans goes into more detail of the features in each: Compare Plans - Free, Basic, and Plus options | Adobe FormsCentral

Thanks for your response.
I think I figured that out and will have to add the extra services to what I already paid for with Adobe.
So to be clear, I will be able to print the actual completed form I sent to them to fill out? That is what I am needing and I am more than will to pay for it, I just want to make sure I will be able to do that.
Thanks again if you can answer my question further that would be super and then I will purchase the additional needed programs.

Thanks, but I don’t have a save as PDF option. The only thing that prints out is the columns, I need to be able to print the entire sheet they completed and sent back.
Thoughts?

5. Re: I created and distributed my form. How do I see and print the returned form?
Josh_Corey May 20, 2014 10:31 AM (in response to Dori@STC)Yes - in both the "Basic" and "Plus" level account you will be able to "Download Response as PDF Form" which downloads a PDF that looks like the original form filled out. There are a few caveats to that, the layout may change in the PDF to accommodate fields where the text input was larger than the field, the field will "grow" to display all of the text so it can be printed correctly. Also, attachments would not be included in the downloaded PDF response.
Have a look at this PDF since it goes over designing for PDF, and the information on "Page Breaks" in "Page View" will apply to any PDF saved from the form (not only for distribution, but also the Response PDF), you will want to use that info to add Page Breaks in Page View for your downloaded PDFs: Tutorial: Creating and distributing fillable PDF forms

Dori@STC May 20, 2014 10:54 AM (in response to Josh_Corey)Thank you again!
I will purchase one of the levels and that should take care of all my needs.
You have been a great help, I am new to these forms and what to make sure I am using them correctly.

7. Re: I created and distributed my form. How do I see and print the returned form?
Andrew TSS Nov 26, 2014 5:16 PM (in response to Dori@STC)Hi - I created my forms and am about to distribute them but have just discovered they have:
* been changed in format from my original;
* the content has been moved around the document so it can't be read properly
* the submit button has disappeared and seems to have been replaced with a 'previous' and 'next' button that doesn't do anything
* and the following text is emblazoned across the top of the form - 'This was easily created for FREE with FormsCentral. See how simple it is to create your own form with a FREE subscription today. Try for free.'
What was a professional form has been ruined AND I HAVE PAID FOR THIS so it's not free at all!
Can someone suggest what can be done to get back the original forms I created? Or will I have to spend the next three hours redesigning from scratch?
Thanks
Andrew

8. Re: I created and distributed my form. How do I see and print the returned form?
Josh_Corey Dec 1, 2014 2:05 PM (in response to Andrew TSS)Hi Andrew;
Can you explain more about what you were doing? Are you working in the Desktop FormsCentral application or in a web browser on the FormsCentral website? Are you distributing the form as an HTML/web form or PDF? If you are designing a web form on the website it should look the same, if it is a PDF there is a specific "View" setting to design for PDF so the layout looks like what you design "View" - "Page View", there are also several FAQs and documents on the PDF workflow you might review if that is what you are designing.
Thanks,
Josh
