Problem with Importing PowerPoint

Hi,

I am using PowerPoint 10 and Captivate 6.

When importing the PowerPoint file, the text distorts in the manner illustrated in the attached Word document. I'd really rather import it into a slide show instead of creating a movie. Is there a way to change the settings so that the imported slide matches the one on the PowerPoint?

Thank you,

Did you try importing using the High Fidelity option in Cp6?

The issue with text at the bottom might be related to transparency. Have you tried increasing the quality settings on affected slides to Optimized or High Quality 24bit?

If yes to all above...Have you tried substituting the fonts (e.g. change to Arial or Verdana) to see if that improves the resolution?
