Cap 3 Demonstration mode

I hope you can help. I have been using the Captivate 3 trial download until my company purchases the upgrade and love it! But I have run into a bit of a problem. After recording in Demonstration mode and viewing my demo, I am not getting the automatic text captions and highlight boxes are not added where there has been mouse clicks. In my Preferences > Mode settings I do have the "Automatically add text captions" box checked in addition to the "Automatically add highlight boxes when the mouse is clicked" checked. Thanks.

Have you tried unistalling and reinstalling as the options set as per your post below should be working??
