Unable to import Microsoft powerpoint presentation

Hello.

I have Adobe captivate 8.

There is a problem about software simluation.

When I try to do software simulation, the error message orrurres.

[Unable to import Microsoft powerpoint presentation. The file may be damaged.]

But there is no errors on this file.

And this is working on another user's pc.

How can I solve it?

I have already reinstalled this program.

If the PPT you are trying to import is a PPTX, try saving it as a PPT format first and then try importing.  That sometimes works better on some systems.
