Ok, this computer has windows vista I'm using IE 9 and I'm trying install flash player 13. I can go through all the permissions and get to the load/ status bar page and it stops. No error message not anything. If I try to close the load/status bar page I get a new page of whatever browser (and I've tried them all) saying that I have a connection problem with no web page loaded. About the only solution that I have not tried is uninstalling and re-installing. I'm somewhat worried that if I uninstall I'll get the same problem and have no flash player available on this computer. HELP!!
