Je n'arrive pas à installer Flash Player car le mot de passe (de mon compte) est refusé. Dois-je en obtenir un autre et où ?

Bonjour,j'ai changé mon mot de passe et il n'est pas accepté

pourtant j'ai eu une confirmation par mail,que faut-il faire .Merci.
