green screen using flash player

have an HP pavilion with win 8.1, IE11 and when i'm in facebook about 80% of the time I get a green screen on sites to look at that have been posted by individuals. If i X off all sites then go back to facebook sometimes these displays works ok and sometimes not. After reboot still same results. This also occurs when I use Firefox. Any help would be appreciated.
